Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,947/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,399 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
