Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Median household income is $58,734, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 67°F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
