Best coffee shops in El Sobrante CDP (Riverside County)?
I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -El Sobrante CDP (Riverside County) sits at 433.2 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Any help is appreciated.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The dating scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Boston about 2 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and school.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real
Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are reasonable, gas is better than expected.
Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
