Is El Sobrante CDP (Riverside County) worth it salary-wise?

Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 13,206 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
