Is it worth buying in Elberton?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 27.4%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The food scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
