Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
