Hello, We have two kids and With a population of 30,626, Eldersburg is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,626 people. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
