OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $97,300 on average. Household incomes average around $66,125 in Eldorado. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
