Cheapest neighborhoods in Eldridge?

Hello, Homes are going for about $329,400 on average. Median household income is $101,089, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? Appreciate any input.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Oak Park. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in real estate. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Definitely worth checking out..
