Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $52,979, which feels on the lower side for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
