Random thought, It's a a small town city with about 11,857 people. You can expect to pay around $1,038 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up.
