Things Elk City needs to improve

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $850/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Raleigh it's surprisingly good.
