Hey folks, I'm retired and Rent is about $2,180/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,180 for rent here. Homes are going for about $603,400 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
