Median household income is $95,216, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,132 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
