Elk Plain quality of life -am I missing something?
Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $440,300 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,908 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
