So, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $357,800 on average. It's a a small town city with about 18,913 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
