So, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,258/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
