How much do you pay for rent in Ellensburg?

So, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $357,800, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,258/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
