Longtime lurker here, I work in engineering and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $644,300, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
