Weekend activities in Ellicott City?

It's a a smaller city city with about 73,737 people. Median household income is $157,891, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
