Job hunting in Ellijay -tips?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $277,600 on average. The median home value here is around $277,600, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The nightlife is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Minneapolis it's better than expected.
