Elmer in the winter -how bad?

Alright, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Elmer sits at 76.9 per 100K. Median household income is $92,757, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
