First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Elmhurst sits at 74.7 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
