Housing in Elmont compared to Tucson

I'm a college student here and With a population of 36,436, Elmont is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 36,436 people. Rent is about $2,434/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
