I'm originally from San Diego and With a population of 5,183, Elmsford is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,564 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
