I'm originally from Nashville and Homes are going for about $456,000 on average. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
