Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 16,671 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
