First post here. It's a a small town city with about 11,140 people. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
