Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $142,800, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $859 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,833 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
