Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $1,926/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 7,263 people. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
