Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 2,757 people. Homes are going for about $88,900 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
