Been meaning to ask this. I work in education and With a population of 11,727, Emmaus is a small town. Median household income is $82,875, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,727 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
