Best neighborhoods to rent in Emmett?
Anyone else feel this way? I work in engineering and Rent is about $854/month for a decent place. With a population of 7,948, Emmett is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 7,948 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
