Ο Άγιος Βλάσιος Ινάχου είναι οικισμός της δημοτικής κοινότητας Χαλκιοπούλων, της δημοτικής ενότητας Ινάχου, του δήμου Αμφιλοχίας, της περιφερειακής ενότητας Αιτωλοακαρνανίας, στην περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας, σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα Καλλικράτης.
Πριν το σχέδιο Καποδίστριας και το πρόγραμμα Καλλικράτης, ανήκε στην επαρχία Βάλτου του νομού Αιτωλοακαρνανίας, στο γεωγραφικό διαμέρισμα Στερεάς Ελλάδας. Σύμφωνα με τοπική παράδοση, στο τέλος του 19ου αιώνα υπήρχε στο χώρο του οικισμού εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Βλασίου.
