Rent in Emporium getting crazy

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and Poverty rate is 17.4%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
