Is Englewood getting better or worse?

Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Englewood sits at 204.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $534,000 on average. Household incomes average around $82,016 in Englewood. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
