So, I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $65,557 in Englewood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
