Englewood housing prices -when will it stop?

So, Been living here since 2021. You can expect to pay around $1,925 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Englewood sits at 247.5 per 100K. Household incomes average around $101,398 in Englewood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a project manager and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
