How much do you pay for rent in Englewood?

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
