Is Englewood a good place to live?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 3 years and With a population of 29,342, Englewood is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,925/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Englewood sits at 247.5 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,342 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Close to nature
- Low taxes
- Easy commute

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
- Mosquitoes and humidity
What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
