Just moved to Englewood, any tips?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $1,925 for rent here. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I work in real estate here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is pretty good. No regrets on my end..
