Planning a move to Englewood -neighborhoods?
Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $497,500 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,342 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
