Hello, Rent is about $934/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
