Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor recreation is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
