Affordable areas near Enhaut?

Hello, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is average and there's always something going on.
