Co-working spaces in Enid?

I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Enid sits at 411.3 per 100K. Household incomes average around $63,472 in Enid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The school system is genuinely pretty good and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. My neighborhood (Springfield) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Road conditions need improvement.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The outdoor recreation is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (West) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Chicago, be prepared for the culture shock. community vibe is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.
