Working in Enid -salaries realistic?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 50,821 people. Rent is about $906/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I work in healthcare here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is underrated. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
