Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $225,900, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $225,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out..
