Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
