Most overrated things about Enterprise

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Sunset. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in construction. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Came here for school and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Asian places. I have mixed feelings honestly.
